Bouree No. 1

Rhett Barnwell’s transcription of the famous “Bouree” from Bach’s 3rd Cello Suite is for two lever or pedal harps. (Both parts are playable on lever harp.) The first part is on the challenging side and the second part is quite easy. “Although the middle section from the original is omitted in this arrangement, it nonetheless works perfectly well,” says Barnwell. It has been transposed to the key of G, with accidentals in the first part.
