James T. Bingham has captured the hustle and bustle of the “Arrival of the Queen of Sheba” from Handel’s oratorio Solomon in a four pedal harp arrangement. It is a real audience pleaser and enjoyable for the performers to play. It was originally arranged for the Washington D.C. Harp Ensemble and premiered in Silver Spring, MD, November 2016.

This is such a joy to play, it truly is amazing! Our Washington DC Harp Ensemble plays Entrance of the Queen of Sheba at the end of every concert and the audience raves. Each harp part is about the same difficulty and the arranger makes sure each harpist gets to have fun with their part. We have looked at several arrangements, for our ensemble this one is the best hands down.
