Harp duo Laura Oetzel and Daniel Mattelé have arranged excerpts from Modest Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition for two pedal harps. Mussorgsky’s colorful music has inspired many composers to write a version for orchestra or various instruments. The best-known orchestration comes from Maurice Ravel (1875-1937). This arrangement for two harps is based on his score and sound concept. It contains four movements.
